Ok so at long last I’ve got the board equipped with enough of my fabulously engineered, home made, wooden dry tooling holds to start some serious training sessions.
I’ve never felt a pump quite like it – a deep deep burn inside your arms. Wonderful!
On a small, but great, wall like this an excellent training method I was shown is to only allow yourself ONE foot hold. Do as many moves as you can without moving your feet or foot off thet hold. You are allowed to swap feet, flag etc but nothing else. Oh the burn!!!
